Hi,
first of all I have to say that it is really frustrating trying to be careful when subscribing to any online service like i did with Creative Cloud All Apps, and see that I couldn't read anywhere the cancelation refund policy saying they will charge you with the 50% of the remaining anual plan subscription. I insist that this makes no good to the reputation of your company. I'll never be a loyal customer anymore.
Having said that, my point here is understanding if changing my current anual plan means that i still have to pay 50% of the remaining anual subscription and then still pay the new anual plan? Or automatically refunds the 100% of the current plan and subscribes to the new one?
Is there any policy about that? The same way i didn't find the refund conditions when i first subscribed, i don't find the refund conditions on changing my subscription plan...
thanks

A link to the information is at the bottom of the form where you provide them with billing information:

Yeah, well, the same way they highlight some important information favoring the company, they should show important basic information to be more transparent to customers... but this is another argument

carles, good evening.
As you might have guessed from linsims, here are the conditions for canceling your subscription.
Adobe Subscription and Cancellation Terms
When you sign a contract, you agree to these terms and then sign a contract. Refunds are only for the first 14 days of initial cancellation.
In general, for services that require regular billing, such as subscriptions and mobile phones, the conditions for such cancellation are specified. Be careful when you sign a contract, as it is certainly difficult to see.
