is there anyway to get some sort of refund if you weren't aware of auto-renewal? Literally bought this for a single project last spring, and have been charged ever since up until tonight when I realized and cancelled it. I literally spend 30 min talking to a robot who even claimed it was a human. Total
you can get a refund for 1/2 the remaining months of annual subscription when cancelling early.
