Reinstalling Adobe Apps for new computer

I'm getting the new MacBook Pro in a few weeks. I would like to download all my suite apps fresh to the new computer instead of usinf time machine. Can this be done and where is the link. I'm on the subscription program.

You must do a fresh install, copying programs does not work

When you have a subscription

Please ensure your new computer exceeds the system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one for CPU, RAM and GPU.
