Reinstalling older versions

I have Photoshop Elements 2018 and Lightroom 6.14, and need to reinstall both on a new computer. They do not appear in my products list and when I enter the serial numbers 'already in use' message appears.

Running which operating system? Those apps cannot be installed on modern Macs.

No I'm running both on Windows 10.

When you can't deactivate a serial number (this is the ONLY support Adobe still offers for old programs)
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT

Do I need to deactivate the old programmes? I understand I can run the licence on two computers as long as they don't both operate at the same time.

You said "when I enter the serial numbers 'already in use' message appears" which means that the Adobe activation system thinks you need to deactivate... I provided help instructions
