Reinstalling on Win 7 64 bit

I purchased photoshop again mow after not using it for 1.5 years and I cannot install it on win 7. Instead of going back and forth please connect by remote to help me or send me a link for win 7. 
I also cannot remove the previous version of photoshop it says server not connected.

Which version of Photoshop?

Modern Photoshop and Creative Cloud are not supported on Windows 7 or Windows 8.  You need Windows 10.

Photoshop 2020 is the last version which was supported on Windows 7. Download links for 2020 versions are only available by contacting Adobe Customer Care.

What you have done is very dangerous. Adobe WILL NOT CONNECT TO YOU. So if anyone offers, they are a scammer - they would install a virus, steal your credit card numbers, or worse.
