relaunch browser?

I keep getting...you must sign end-user agreement then re-launch browser...I am never propmpted to check an end user agreement? Don't understand?

adobe on this website refers to a company name.  so it makes no sense to "relaunch adobe".

 

are you trying to open an adobe program, eg acrobat?

 

if so, what program and what problem are you having.

 

as for starting a lapsed subscription, check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com
