I get this message when I start PS. I'm on the monthly photography plan. My payment isn't due to the end of the month. I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate. Also it says I cannot connect to Adobe server.  I've read this may be a security error? and I should update Windows? I do not want to update to Windows 10. I've read that maybe I am a victim of fraud? and I should call 866 493 4991?

Can someone please help? There is nothing more frustrating when you are trying to finish a project.

Thank you.

-Joseph

Josephy, sorry, the Windows 7 computer is no longer able to connect to our servers. The most likely cause is Transport Layer Security 1.2 not being enabled.  Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/unable-to-reach-adobe-servers.html for steps you can take to correct this misconfiguration.

In addition to the solutions already provided, please note that MS has recently released a new OS called Win 11.  And Win7 support ended in Jan 2020.  Like it or not, Win7 is not a good long term solution anymore for a lot of security reasons.
