Request to renew my password

Hello community,

the day before yesterday (27-7-2019) I got a message in a separate window while starting any cc-cloud-app "please renew your password". The app didn't start until I have done that. I was very unsure if that was an original message by Adobe, but in the end I did it because otherwise I was not able to use a cc-app. I dont't find a hint for it searching the web. Could somebody tell me more about that?

That is something, AFAIK, that Adobe Does Not do. the only way that might of happened is IF you somehow entered the wrong password for your Adobe ID.

 

I'm not sure but it sounds like some type of Malware looking for you to enter you Adobe ID email address and password so they can gain access to it.

 

Log in to the Main Adobe website, Adobe.com, and check your account. I woud also suggest while you are there to change your password again.

That will require you to log out and back in of the CC app and all the Adobe programs, which will happen kind of automatically by doing it in the CC app.
