requesting help, adobe login,

hello i am trying to access my account on adobe on my mac but everytime i try to log in the page goes to no server even though i am fully connected to the wifi, someone suggested to download a vpn but that did not work out any suggestions?

Thanks for posting your question, Zeina. I see that an organization is managing the membership you are using to post to this public discussion forum. Have you contacted your organization's Creative Cloud plan administrator for help accessing the account they are providing and managing for you? ^JW
