Hey there,
first of all thanks for completing shutting down all the support contact possibilities ...
I would like to request an reset of all adobe installations of my CS6 suite I bought.
I can not install / activate my CS6 suite on my new PC because I have already installed them one more than two devices. The one device that is now not in use anymore (HDD is blank) can not be used to deactivate the software.
I've tried all your support guides, but you only explain how to reset for a cloud subscription so please do this manually as I otherwise can not use my bought software anymore.
Best Regards,
Konstantin
https://account.adobe.com/support is the only thing that worked.
All the other links are death and do not provide any chat window. At least for my country settings.
Howeber to be fair the support was pretty fast and could easily fix my problem.

This is a public forum, nobody here can help
When you can't deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work

Hi John,
the problem that I have is that adobe says on their contact options (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html) that the "forums" is the only way I can get in touch with them.
Yeah I just want to reset my activation count.
I've also tried your link but I only get their guides, docs and stuff.
No possibility to contact them via email, phone or chat.
Every link is a dead end. Looks like the shut down normal support completely.
I guess I have bother them via their enterprise / sales hotline ...

You can and should use the enterprise line if you have an enterprise account, and not otherwise.
The link given, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen should open a page and immediately show a chat window. If it does not do this, try a different browser. Be sure you are logged in with the Adobe ID used to register the CS6 product.

This does not work.
I've tried all browsers (firefox, edge, chrome). Enabled / disabled everything and so on.
I have a solid IT background, especially in web dev, so this should not be the case.
Contact does not help! This is just dark patterns or an incompetent dev team.
The only thing that opened a chat popup was at the account details (https://account.adobe.com/support).
Unfortunately you can not contact them out of their business times. I'll try tomorrow. If this does not work I'll try every possible idea I have.
Never have I ever so much pain with a company. I am glad I haven't subscribed to the creative cloud and will not buy anything from this company again.
