I keep getting a notification whenever i try to open photoshop that says "could not initialize Photoshop because the scratch disks are full." and i dont know how to fix it. I tried downloading it to my external hardrive which has more space but it still gave me this message.

Not on any external drives. Just my plain old computer.

You don't need a phone number. You need to take control of your computer and make a LOT of free space. Photoshop is just telling you that your disk doesn't have enough room to work - and it needs a lot of space (20-30GB is the bare minimum).

(Of course you can ring Adobe and they will tell you the same thing, eventually).
