Hey,
Longtime Adobe customer, personally and professionally. But that is soon to end indefinitely. I had a project that I needed Ps, Ae, and Ai for so i went for the full suite. Saw monthly in the plan title and verified I would be charged monthly. I never checked for a cancelation fee because Adobe has never done that to me and why would they? I finished the project and now want to cancel or downgrade but must speak to customer support, which is unavailable or dismissive at best. I will be calling my bank and letting them know any future attempts by Adobe to take money is fraudulent. Adobe's tactics are transparently short sided and leaves them open to losing a large portion of their market share. I would like them to do what is right, be open and upfront about cancellation fees and plan types. Release me from this subscription and do not charge me further. I do not want a refund or anything else other than cutting my financial and professional relationship with a company that prefers profits over customer satisfaction. If this is accomplished, I will take no further action. Please and thank you!
