Serial number does not work, dispite original product

I checked it several times (I got it from the backside of the DVD-Case, original product, but used already by my father).

What can I do? Is it not usable any more???

Hi Lara Sophie,

which Product are you referring to?
Chances are high that your father might already have used the activation on two machines, which is the limit.
