Hello, I have buyed 2 month ago in the shop those applications and doesn't work. I have just 24 number and not some lettres. hat I need to do?

What error are you getting and where did you buy the package? The 2021 version has been the current release for close to 9 months now so the fact that you bought the 2020 version recently has me worried about the authenticity of your seller.

The shop in " La Fnac" , it's a famous brand in Belgium and others countries, I'm not worried about it... And it just writes that the code isn't valid. Do you think it's normal have just number?

Yes. Valid Adobe serial numbers comprise 24 numbers. No letters.

Triple check that you are entering the number correctly, particularly any 0s (zeroes).

Did you buy both Photoshop Elements (the image editor) and Premiere Elements (the video editor)?

They have different serial numbers.

Are you using the correct number for each applicaion?
