Hallo,
ich habe einen neuen Laptop und bin gerade dabei, alle meine Programme auf diesem zu installieren. Ich habe eine Lizenz für Photoshop Elements 2018 und Premiere Elements 2018.

Ich habe gelesen, dass ich die Produkte zuerst unter meiner Adobe-ID registrieren muss, um dann einen Download zu erhalten. (Mein neuer Laptop verfügt leider nicht über einen CD-Player, sonst könnte ich einfach die mir vorliegende CD einlegen und die Programme auf diesem Weg installieren.)
Wenn ich nun versuche, die Produkte zu registrieren, bekomme ich den Hinweis, dass die Seriennummer bereits verwendet wird.
Wie kann ich die beiden Programme auf meinem neuen Laptop nutzen?

you can only register once.  if you remember the adobe id use to register, that could be helpful not only with those download links, but also would allow you to deactivate your previous install(s).

 

if you cannot recall that adobe id, you can download from prodesigntools.com links to adobe.com, Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 Direct Download Links + Premiere | ProDesignTools

 

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file. it won't remain online.

p.s. if, after entering your serial number you see an excess activation count message, you'll either need to deactivate you programs from, at least, one of the other two computers that have/had the progams installed or contact adobe support* and request "an activation count reset".

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam.
