Setting up folders for Media Cache/Scratch Disk on New SSD

Community Beginner ,

Thank you for taking the time to read:  I just bought and installed a new SSD in my computer so I can use it for the purpose of storing the Media Cache/Scratch Files when working on a project. I have another SSD that will be used for the OS and the Installed Adobe Programs. Need some input on how to set up my new SSD. Right now I have 2 empty folders: Media Cache and a Scratch Folder. My question is, will I need to make a separate media cache/Scratch folder for Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro or should they use the same folders? Thank you!!
