Shared Folder not syncing between Users/Accounts

Hello,

My 2 coworkers and I store our Premiere Pro assets in a shared folder, that we access through 2 accounts across 4 machines (Imac for myself and coworker 1, Imac and Macbook for coworker 2.) Coworker 1 and I share a cc account, and coworker 2 has their own. While this has worked in the past, coworker 2 is now having trouble receiving updated assets from us, as well as syncing their own updated projects to our shared folder. We all have the same plan and sync settings, and I even linked my personal account to the shared folder to test it. So far, the issue only affects coworker 2. Does anyone know what might cause this issue, and is there a solution?
