Sign in not working with CC or Lightroom

Hi im having some issues with signing in to CC i had to uninstall it all because i got white boxes that popped up any time i loaded a app. im now trying to install CC but it opens my chrome to sign in and just sits on the waitng page on the app installer and the sign in maulaly link dosnt work. any help wolud be much appreciated

Dylank3600, are you utilizing your Creative Cloud for Education membership on a computer and network that you own and maintain?  To resolve the current error, I would recommend reviewing the settings of any installed security software and add ons that you may be used with Google Chrome.  If you are facing sign-in problems in Chrome, then I would fully expect those errors to continue into the sign-in process within the Creative Cloud for Desktop application.
