Sign in not working

Every time I try to sign in to the creative cloud desktop app it will load for about a minute and then return to the screen where I sign in. No messages have popped up, telling me something is wrong. I have already tried uninstalling and installing CC and have also checked for updates. It still doesn't work. Important information might be that I do have an Enterprise ID that is offered to students by my school, but I do believe that the School ID is correct and that the problem is because of CC. Can anyone help?

Hi Anika,

For Enterprise type accounts users need to be configured through the Admin Console. I'd suggest reaching out to whoever is an administrator for the Enterprise account, often the IT department for the school. If they are not able to help they should be able to open a support ticket through the Admin Console for assistance.
