depois de um tempo voltei para usar PS e LR. Nenhum deles instala com erro de sistama incompativel.

ram 16gb
drivers atualizados
win 11 ultima atualização.

are you using the cc desktop app to install?

yes. I´m using cc to install. No matter if download app nor web version. Always incompatible.
CPU and geforce drivers ok.
CC demands new payment atualization despit of currect plan is active.
are you seeing trial butttons in your cc desktop app instead of install buttons?
now I can edit and save in PS but not LR. I can not use LR and send photos to PS . "edit with".... apears no option, even PS is installed.
so everything is dowloaded and installed?
