Site license issue. Deactivation

I forgot to disable my site license before sending my work laptop back to the leasing agent. That laptop has been wiped and the software is no longer being used or accessible. However I cannot access Abode Creative Suite on my new laptop as the number of users has been exceeded. Is there anything I can do? It is software on a CD.

I have tried calling Abode and was put on hold for 25 mins before being hung up on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

no.  if you're seeing an excess activation count message and cannot deactivate either computer that has/had an activation, you won't be able to easily use your software for more than the 30 day trial.

Thank you for your answer. This was an expensive mistake! Does anyone or Abode have a workaround? I clearly have the software and one license is not being used.

yes, you're not alone with this problem.  i'm pretty sure if you check the last 50 or so threads in this forum, you'll find a lot of others with the same issue.

Creative Suite ended in 2017.  It had an expected shelf-life of 3-5 years, beyond which you used it without  support or updates, at your own risk.  It's time to get modern software that's compatible with newer computers.
