Software going wrong and solution to uninstall it all?

Hi,

I post this wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I have the license for the Creative suit and I had installed Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Bridge, Camera Raw and Audition. Suddenly, Creative Cloud dissappeared and I cannot install it again, I could not open the latest version of photoshop, and in the previous one Camera Raw cannot apply lens profile correction.

I contacted Adobe support several times and the only solution they gave me was to uninstall all Adobe software and Visual C++, to erase all preferences and Adobe folders and then install it all back again. I think this is asbolutely insane and, knowing how instable Adobe software is, I'm afraid to uninstall all because then maybe I won't even be able to work.

Has anyone else experienced this out-of-the-blue trouble? Is there any other solution which would not take me ages to implement?

Thanks,

Miguel
