Kindly use cleaner tool to uninstall the application-

I am having the same problem. I used the cleaner tool and reinstalled the Creative Cloud desktop and Photoshop CC.

I have wasted six hours trying to solve this. I can't believe this experience with Adobe would be so bad.

What should I do?
