Hi all,
So I have been searching on here and youtube for a fix and I have tried everything except re-installing the full creative suite. I went the %appdata% route as well and that didn't help at all. It is SO frustrating.
Is there any other way to fix this? It only affects my Photoshop. The other apps work fine.
I am almost out of options here...

Hi there,
Sorry for updating so late.
I tried this and somehow didn't work. Or maybe it did because when I restarted the cloud app and my laptop, then it worked with no issues.
