Good day Adobe support team,
We are a art school in NYC. We Just updated to Adobe 2023 from 2022 last week. There are some Macbooks are experiencing craching issues. After launching any Adobe app, the Macbook will receive
"Sorry, this product doesn’t seem to be licensed.
We are unable to find a valid license for this product. Please contact your IT administrator."

After clicking ok, the app will shut down automatically.
I'm the school IT administrator.
Please advise how to address this issue.
P.S. I also ran the LogCollector tool and uploaded to the Adobe LogCollector Portal.
The file name is "AdobeLogs_20221122_172810_533-mac-GS.zxp"
