Spark Premium features are blocked in Photography plan

I have been using Adobe Spark mobile version for 4 years with Photography Plan. From April 1st I am unable to use Premium features. Does anybody know why? I tried to communicate by chat but this is a chatbot and hasn't understand my problem.
