Starting Photoshop in German

Hello,

For our work the company gave us access to Photoshop 2020. However, it's installed in French. I would need to use in German as part of our team speaks German in our office in Switzerland. Is there a way to switch between languages on a single installation?

No way to switch between languages in an installed app that I'm aware of. You have to install with your chosen language.
