Storage 91 percent

Hi, Greetings,

I have allotted 20 GB storage. everything was fine, till suddenly i found a yellow tick on mobile device saying my storage is almost full. i reviewed CC folder but I could see only 300-400 MB images. I tried chat bot but no avail. can anyone help.
