Hi,
I have a sudent that has signed up to Creative Cloud with her student email address. When she logs in the website management portal the login goes through the SSo federated login, once she gets in she can not see the CC plan she has purchased.
When she logs in to creative cloud on her laptop and selects to use a personal account it asks for 2 factor code but the email does not arrive. We looked at changing the authentication options of the website but I could not see a way to do this.
I am guessing this happening because CC is getting mixed up between a personal account and the work/school account.
What does she need to do to get access to CC products on her computer?
