Student license Creative Cloud normally 65 euros, we already paid 328 euros for less than a year (30.24 / month)

Normally we could buy a student license through the school for creative cloud, 65 euros per year. But in the end we paid 30.24 euros for each month. Apparently something went wrong during the transaction and we were connected to the Adobe website ... We paid 328 euros for less than a year.

We never received a bill, just in the end my son received an email with the bill in July and August, when we only noticed that we paid too much.

We get no refund or nothing, the chat is not answered on my question. The subscription has stopped, while I have paid for a month.

So no customer service?

How can this be solved.

I do not know your terms, but the 60€/year seams to be a highly subsidized rate. My rate would be 20€/month. For more information either contact your school or Adobe via the link Contact Customer Care .

My son had a school license of 65 for one year, but he had to renew and there went something wrong...at the link (software) of the school something went wrong and may have ended up on the official website, my son did not notice this .... only after 10 months he received an email from the monthly invoice and then his we start thinking ... also our mistake. thank everyone for your good advice. I'm not sure that Adobe does not show good will. If your claim is legit (what I don't doubt, but I cannot check), Adobe will help you with this. As I do not know any of the terms of your school license I cannot promise anything but asking Adobe to look into your case.

Thanks for your comment ! Normally, my son has to pay the license via the school website via a link via academicsoftware.be. But something went wrong, I do not know that, or the payment did not work or did. The school can indicate in a sort of profile whether you are entitled to such a license. My son would normally be entitled to this, he does high school multimedia and information management. But maybe this is wrong in his profile somewhere. Academicsoftware.be, however, has shown its goodwill and has given a license for a year. This way we can limit the damage. But adobe custummer care did not help us, I sat for 8 hours with a chat window, they were interrupted every time, and I can understand that in their own way.We have made a new subscription via their website. A very friendly lady at Adobe confirmed that they are looking into your case. I suppose they need to check this and that also with your school. If in doubt that the contact is Adobe (there is fake support sometimes jumping in just to get your money), give me a pm and I will check internally if the person is legit.

It all happened about 10 months ago and my son got it all right. He is 21 and I as a father can not control everything he needs and orders for school. The accounts also arrive at his email address. So unfortunately I have too little control over it.

My son had a school license from 10-10-16 to 10-10-17. This costs 65 euros. He received an email that it had expired and that it had to be renewed. Did he do this via this mail, or via the mail via school, in which he is referred to a special (no fraudulent) website, where he can enter with a code and thus enjoy again a school license of 65 euros for creative cloud . It is not that this is only valid for 1 year. The pupils of that school can use this favorable rate every year.

The fact is that he or she has responded to the email for renewal and that instead of having extended the school license he got another student license, but a more expensive 30.24 euro per month.
