Student plan renewed but apps not launching [was Please help!!!]

I have renew my plan but wont let start the app they just get stuck

Log-in to your Adobe account to confirm your renewal was processed.

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems, and what error message do you see?

Hi John

Thank you very much for your message and help. Really sorry I didn't post all the information as you might have gathered I'm a novice at this. I'm using a Mac Book I bought a student subscription last year and now it asked me to renew it. I did, bought an other student subscription but when I open photoshop or in . design it goes to the buffering sign and it wont start
