Subscribed to a student subscription - can't login anymore

Hey

I recently got the opportunity from my local academy I go to, to get a student subscription.. However after receiving the "Acces is granted" e-mail from adobe I am not able to login anymore with the account I registered the subscription with. Not through the Creative cloud app nor the official adobe website. I don't know in how far these two are connect but when I try to login I get an error. I give up my e-mail and password after which it is accepted and I am prompted to reset my password. When I try to do that (which I don't really want to anyway..) I get an error message:

Something went wrong

An unknown error has occurred. Here's the error code if you want to contact customer support

0217a0f6-b78d-4278-88da-df1b0fb05d68

If i try to uninstall adobe products (photoshop or lightroom)  I need to be signed in to the adobe creative cloud app which I cant login to. Similarly when I try to uninstall adobe cc app it says some programs still need it (photoshop & lightroom).

Anyone have something similar happening or any advice to resolve this?

Greetings

A
