Subscribing to a student plan in another country

I'm interested to subscribe to the creative cloud student plan, does it matter if I subscribe to the United States version even though I'm from another country?

As far as I know, you may only subscribe to a plan in your country, not a plan from another country

If you are IN the United States, and you have a US credit card and you are verified in a US school, your birth country should not matter
