Since this morning we have started experiencing a problem with a number of our users all showing as membership expired - when checking on the Adobe portal it shows as they being live and active accounts. Our annual renewal was completed in August this year (so know it is not a renewal problem), had same problem a few months ago exactly the same and was told it was a problem with Adobe Licensing server caused by data corruption.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem and wonder if the data corruption has come back? - have tried the usual workaround on setting up different accounts and reassigning etc, but does not seem to make any difference.
What license type do you have? CC for Teams?
May be a user having problems may log-in to a different computer and see if the problem follows the user or is bound to the computer.

I would suspect a network problem on your site as our licenses all work as they should. Teams and individual licenses. What I can't check are licenses fixed to a specific computer.

Sorry but this is not a network problem, as all services are running as normal, plus we have a number of users working, but only a small number of users affected. A network problem would take them all out of action. I can see the accounts in the adobe portal showing as being active.

Thanks for your reply - we use CC for teams, Tried the users logging onto different machines, unfortunately same problem. Have chatted with Adobe about this who mention it is a problem with the back end on their side, so I guess that confirms where the problem is stemming from! Call has been escalated so waiting to see how long it takes to fix.

Maybe you have a conflict with older licenses for this users .In this case only Adobe customer service can have a detailed view and cancel old licenses to stop the conflict.
