Subscription was cancelled, need Support!

The Software is great no doubt, but the Support is by far the worst I've ever seen !

I subscribed to Creative Cloud on Friday, got an email wich says that it is all in process and I should wait and I will get a confirmation within the next 24 hours.

A couple of hours later I received an email wich says that my Subscription has been cancelled (without a reason) and that I should contact the Support.

Ok would be no issue if I could actually contact the support. I have been on this chat for countless times and have waited for hours and called very single number that has to do something with Adobe, also the distribution number and I can not by any means contact the support.

I have no time to wait all day that someone finally answers in the chat because I have to work and the time that the chat-support is available doesn't fit in my time schedule at all, plus I really want to get my subscription right now because it´s cyber-monday and the prices are on a discount.

I hope that someone of the support reads this and finally contacts me, because it seems like this is even the best way to contact them, wich is ridiculous.

By the way I am from Germany so I would of course prefer German-Support but actually as long as it gets fixed it wouldn't bother me if it wasn't. I try to contact the support because I´ve been told to and I want to avoid duplicated paying.
