After using my email to request an email that would allow me to verify my status as a student so I could use Adobe Substance 3D, I've yet to receive any email and it's been several hours.
i can't even input my email again to see if it resends the email as it says the email is now being used.
I see no solution to this, I've checked junk and my email, I've added adobe to my contacts , etc.
im not sure what to do

Adobe has been officially on holiday until yesterday. I'm sure they're simply backlogged. Give it some time.

Same with me - tried resubmitting the form but it says UniqueID already exists. No luck talking to support either...

Yes, the adobe support team should be able to help cases like this! I am a product PM for the 3D conent libraries so I am not able to provide such support here

contact adobe support and see if they can help you. please follow-up here after your contact to help me better help others in a similar situation (without moving their posts all over the adobe forums).
there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

I've contacted adobe support twice with the issue and no luck. They keep directing me to different agents until the chat eventually cuts out. It has been suggested to use a different email address but that's not possible because I only have one school email...

i didn't think they'd be able to help. we just gave it a try because the official email support is failing and @Marion3D suggested we try.
get a free email account at gmail ot hotmail and use that with the email support.
