If you are ever out on the internet and you wonder why comments towards the level of support you provide are filled with bile and vitriol, please take a look at the below picture.  This is advertised as a 24/7 support line.  And yes, you are reading that correctly.  I've been on hold for almost 17 hours and 20 minutes.  I fixed my issue by the end of the first hour, but seeing as it was the end of the day, I wanted to see if anyone would ever pick up the phone.  Now I'm just leaving the phone connected to ruin your call center metrics.

Just so you're aware, these forums are mostly user-to-user forums with a bit of staff interaction on occasion. Most of us are users like you who volunteer our time to help. So, it's unlikely that anyone at Adobe will see this.
