Support problem

If you are ever out on the internet and you wonder why comments towards the level of support you provide are filled with bile and vitriol, please take a look at the below picture.  This is advertised as a 24/7 support line.  And yes, you are reading that correctly.  I've been on hold for almost 17 hours and 20 minutes.  I fixed my issue by the end of the first hour, but seeing as it was the end of the day, I wanted to see if anyone would ever pick up the phone.  Now I'm just leaving the phone connected to ruin your call center metrics.
