Syncing assets stored on D drive

I installed Creative Cloud including Lightroom Classic CC and Premiere Pro on the SSD ‘C’ drive. But the C drive is just 250 gig so I moved all prior year CC assets to the 2 TB D drive. Howeve just the assets on C drive sync to the cloud.

Is is it possible to sync assets from both drives?  If so, how do I set that up?

you can sync one folder (which you can designate in your cc app preferences), not two.
