Thanks for your question, YuKa. The complete system requirements for InDesign's most recent release can be found at https://adobe.ly/46jGBAT. Have you applied any available updates for Windows 10? Are there any hardware reasons why the computer cannot run Windows 11? If all updates have been applied then please verify compatibility mode is not turned on. For more information, see https://adobe.ly/46e3G86. ^JW

Hey thanks for the answer, I have already seen the requirements thats why im confused. I have applied every  optional and non-optional update available for Windows 10, expect a security update from January which always cancels itself. Also from the hardware aspect, it would be possible for me to install Windows 11 but as of now I dont see reason in it as every programm works on both and according to InDesign it should also work on Windows 10. Compatibility mode is not turned on.

A missing security update could be the cause, YuKa. I recommend resolving the error with the Windows 10 update if you have verified that compatibility mode is not causing the installer or the CC Desktop app to misreport the operating system. ^JW
