Target directory is not writeable

New Here ,

I am working with Adobe CS6 and we use this for narrating books.  There are 2 booths that share CS6 (booth 1 and 2) Both folders with the recorded books in it,  can be seen in either booth. However the books that are created from the opposite booth can not be edited; a notice pops up "The target directory is not writeable".  Is there anyway to adjust this so both booths can edit recordings from the other one?

That looks to me to be an operating system error due to not having file sharing permissions set correctly

Also, in general, Adobe programs are designed to load/edit programs on a local hard drive, not over a network
