But I cant see any sign that I can know it.

Please try to Quit the page and try a system restart.
After the system restart, please try to download Creative Cloud Desktop App from the Direct download Link by going to : https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html and then scroll down to the Section "Problems installing? Try alternative download links" and download the "Windows" or "Mac" direct installer as per your Operating system.
