If your system doesn't meet minimum system specs, you CAN'T download them from Adobe.  But since you don't say anything about them, we can't say for sure if that's the problem.

Care to enlighten us?

After Effects CC.

It worked yesterday fine on my system.  Today had to restore the system to an earlier point and it still thinks After E is on the system, and it is not.

Ideas?

So my system is correct.  Yesterday the trial version of After Effects was working perfectly.  Today something happened on my system, and I had to restore to an earlier date on my computer before it was installed.  I reinstalled Cloud and it says After Effects is up to date, but it's not on my system.... Very weird and What the Heck?

How can I get it reinstalled on my system?
