if photoshop, install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

Liuj32525661, if the computer can not connect to the Internet, then it is likely that your work purchased a Creative Cloud for Enterprise membership.  Please confirm with someone within your organization that type of Creative Cloud membership which they bought.

If you do not have a Creative Cloud membership, then please use a computer which does have Internet access to evaluate Photoshop CC.

I am sorry, Liuj32525661, I would recommend you use the process listed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps to evaluate Photoshop CC on a different computer or contact whoever owns the computer you are using to see if they have a solution for you to utilize Photoshop CC.

Photoshop CC individual memberships are designed to be evaluated on computers which have Internet access.  If you are working in a restricted work environment, then a Creative Cloud for Enterprise membership will allow you to use Photoshop CC on an offline computer.
