i got an acrobat free trial+ plan with an old email address from my college on accident because it was saved in my google. (this is another account)
i no longer have access to this email adress.
I do not know my password, it didn't even ask me when i made my plan.

the stupid ai virtual assistent has no object permanence, so when i ask for help with one of these things it's forgotten that i don't have both. it has no programmed response for someone without either of these.
give us actual human assistants , at the very least for non common issues , corpo trash.
