This is kind of a joke, after merging of account(I suppose that after that) I've lost lightroom 6 from my account, also I've lost my plan of Creative Cloud, whole invoice history also dissappeared.
My plan was paid in advance for one year, still 3 months left.
Cannot contact support, coz I have no app in my subscription, so I cannot use phone support
What the heck!
Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

Since I have no products on my account, both licenses Lightroom 6 and Creative cloud disappeared from my account cannot talk with Agent!
An active plan or trial is required for live support assistance. I found no record of an active plan linked to this email
This is a joke, lot of money spent, and no support or possibility to contact them.

What do you mean merging of accounts? This is a user-to-user forum.
Did you have two plans under different user IDs?
Are you logged-in to the correct account?
1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
