Those are 3 different versions of Photoshop. Version 20 is the previous version, version 19 is the one before that. The one without numbers on it is for the current version (21) of Photoshop, and it is apparently there to let you install the newest version.
Keeping the prior versions is up to you. If you want to keep the previous versions, make sure that your Settings for the CC manager do not have Remove older versions selected. I believe that Adobe is no longer providing support for version 19.

I have 4 versions of Photoshop. If you have the HD space, its no problem. I like to keep old versions until I'm certain I will never need them again. Sometimes it's to support older plugins or features that were removed.
When you're ready to remove Photoshop, uninstall it the normal way through your operating system.
