first, reset the cc app:

to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired.
update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
if you're unable to download the cc desktop app at this stage, use the link at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Hi, it took me a while to do all the steps you indicated.

Unfortunately it didn't work and I still have the problem. The only thing that has changed is that now the apps ask me to log in to the Adobe Cloud account and that I log off my computer and add it again to be able to use it.

At least I can use the apps, but it's pretty boring the whole process of logging in whenever I'm going to use an app and having to log off before logging in again.

if you have to repeatedly sign in there's something on your computer (eg, av, antimalware, cleaner, defragger etc), removing/corrupting your stored adobe credentials which are stored in your oobe folder.

A) Mac OS: /Users/<user folder>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
NOTE: \Users\<user folder>\Library\ is hidden by default. To unhide see below*

B) Windows: C:\Users\<user folder>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
NOTE: C:\Users\<user folder>\AppData is hidden by default. To unhide see below*

*see bottom of https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launching-cc.html for info on unhidding

The problem is that I need to delete the OOBE folder every time I open an Adobe program and log in again. It sounds silly but I get really annoyed doing it several times a day.

I don't have any antivirus, cleaner, defragger or anything like that. This machine is only used to work with editing images and videos.

I don't know how to fix this problem permanently.
