Totally uninstall and reinstall

Hey guys please help.

I can't install any of the adobe app on my system because it's showing me uninstall and reinstall but I have tired every thing but  it's not still working . I use a windows 10 laptop .

I just want to totally uninstall the programs so I can install new ones

assuming you intend to uninstall and reinstall the cc app and programs:

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall
