Is there a way to transfer a wix website to here?

“Here” to me is this Adobe community forum. Can’t see any need to transfer a web site here. Where is “here” to you?

To clarify terms,  Adobe Portfolio is a free site with a paid Creative Cloud plan/

But Adobe Portfolio is not compatible with other website builders or web hosts.  So while you cannot transfer what you have now to Portfolio, you can certainly build a new site with it and optionally cancel your Wix site.  Or keep your Wix site alive and use Portfolio as a  companion site along with your social media channels.
