good morning, how to transfer adobe photoshop from pc win 10 to mac?

do not transfer.  properly install it.

exactly how to install depends on whether you have a photoshop subscription (easy to install)* or you have an old perpetual license photoshop (which is more difficult to impossible to install.

which do you have?  for subscription:

*install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs. 

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

• macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).

absolutely.  super easy.

install the cc desktop app, sign in, use the cc app to install your subscription apps.

You don't.  Windows version is not compatible on a Mac and vice versa.

Are you a paid Creative Cloud subscriber?  If yes, download & install Creative Cloud desktop app to your Mac, followed by Photoshop, etc...
